1. Pre-rental Phase

  • Conduct market analysis to determine the optimum rental amount

2. Cash Cow Phase

Home-Edge will continue to assist you when your unit is rented out. In line with our mission of providing one-stop-shop property management services, our Property Managers will:

  • Coordinate the move-in of the new tenant
  • Ensure prompt rental receipts and disbursements
  • Ensure timely payment of monthly expenses
  • Provide monthly accounting reports with supporting documents

3. Maintenance Phase

  • Ensuring that the day to day supervision of the property is undertaken
  • Regular management visits
  • Communicating with the tenants and solving problems
  • Arranging annual safety certificates, portable appliance tests and periodic inspections
  • Provide a comprehensive selection of maintenance services
